O Boutique will offer an exchange of accessories if you are not perfectly happy within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are returned unworn, unused, in perfect condition and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken and accompanied by the receipt. We encourage you to try on our lingerie to ensure fit however for hygiene reasons we ask that you wear your own underwear under the lingerie.

Due to the highly intimate nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on vibrating toys, personal massagers, nipple pasties or personal care products, unless they are faulty and within the warranty of the date of purchase.
